Our broadcast vehicle Mercedes Atego 1517has been equipped with standard resolution and SDI quality all of them in broadcasting quality over the case. The base of the vehicle has been prepared for 10 Thomson Grass Valley LDK400 4:3 and 16:9 selectable cameras. All cameras are able to record over VTR and/or video server and they can be read as slow motion in sports matches. In our vehicle with Sierra Video 32x32 SDI video matrix, all kinds of directing, tracking and backup system are provided. | |  | Program and preview in 17'' size, VTR /Server, camera control source monitors in 8'' and 5'' size Kroma Monitors with sources in high resolution and the source tracking in production area are provided with Axon Synapse SDI input and DVI output dividing into four and the DVI monitors. | In our vehicle there is KDD2 vision mixer with 8 key facility of Thomson Grass Valley 32 SDI input 2 M/E floor and 2 of them are Digital Video Effect. In addition to the outputs of picture table PGM (Program), Clean Feed, PVW (preview) there are also 10 AUX outputs. | In our vehicle it is possible to carry out both the conventional band recording systems and the video server. all of the cameras present in the system; 6 of the can record of the video server and 4 of them over the VTR and they can be read as slow motion. The video server devices used here have the BLT-SMS400 model with 3 records and 1 reading channel and especially in sports matches developed for slow motion reading and they are also the devices to be able to be used in super slow motion quality cameras. Recording over the cassette, in Digital Betacam, Betacam SP, DVC-PRO (25) and DV-Cam formats in our vehicle can be made and in addition, two DVD recordings can also be provided. | | | There is Soundcraft GB-4-24 sound mixer with 24 channel input capacity 8 AUX and 4 group output in the sound room separated with a sliding door. The patch panel system and the sound distribution system have been set up in a way to carry out all kinds of directing in here. 3 telephone hybrid device, Sennheiser radio microphone system consisting of radio collar and hand microphones and many wire microphones with various properties are used in our vehicle. There is Clear-Com Pico intercom system with 32 channel capacities and the Micro wire headset system in order to provide communication of cameras and studio or the in-site communication. There are also the commentator box and the microphones with headset for the sports matches that can be used for 2 commentators and a narrator. |
3 different lighting shapes have been provided to the production area in order to provide the environment comfort. In this area the air conditioning has been provided with an air conditioner over the vehicle and the heating and the ventilation have been provided with devices dressed on the vehicle body. Also there is ducted ventilation system for the devices. The vehicle body is isolated against the sound and heat. The vehicle electricity system has been isolated against the unwanted electrical noise that will come from the network with an isolation transformer and the continuation of the vehicle operation has been provided until the generator is enabled with an uninterrupted power supply in power failures. | | | | |
| | | | MOBILE SYSTEM | | | | We have also been providing service with a portable direction system with 4-6 cameras in SDI system consisted of Thomson Grass Valley LDK-400 or SONY DXC-50 cameras again out of our outside broadcasting. In this system the CRT monitors and the Echolab 1716 SDI picture mixer are used. This mixer has 1,5 M/E, 3 DVE and 12 AUX output and the Clean Feed (before Key) outputs. It is able to make various directions with the 16X16 SDI matrix. In this system the analog-digital and digital-analog with AJA converters are carried out. The 4 suite Shure Radio Microphone system with 24 channel sound system and various type microphones take place in this equipment group. The communication between both the camera team and the other units within the studio is provided with Clear-Com Matrix Plus 8 intercom system. In addition, the communication with the program presenter and/or the commentators is provided with the 2 subscriber radio headset system. | |
